Similar to our standard Kwik Fine lawn blend with the addition of 20% annual ryegrass to get the lawn off to a quick start. Annual Ryegrass will provide a quick cover for the slower to emerge perennials in this mix providing and will fade over time leaving a beautiful bluegrass lawn.
